Briefly, here’s how it works:
- Granting organizations securely deposit their clients’ personal credentials and/or proprietary documents into the individual clients’ RepositBoxes;
- The individual clients can view their credentials, and provide unlimited permissioned views to third parties, but they cannot alter them;
- Storage and viewing are ultra-secure, so views of RepositBox credentials and proprietary documents are “Warranted Authentic”.

Credentials and/or proprietary documents downloaded from the granting organization:
-
Are secured in the same way and to the same degree as online banking
-
Cannot be altered, tampered or removed – but can be replaced by a newer version
-
Can be printed (with a faint invalidating watermark)
-
Can be viewed by the receiver, or by third party viewers permissioned by the receiver
-
Are safely held and viewed on the RepositBox server, are never transmitted, and thus cannot be intercepted or altered in transit.
